1. The service
AdvikPrep ("we", "us") provides a free online exam-practice platform: timed practice sets, instant grading, attempt history, leaderboards, and AI-generated study insights. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to register, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account. One account per person; we may suspend accounts that are shared abusively, automated, or used to circumvent limits.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, or redistribute our question banks in bulk; (b) use the service to operate a competing exam-dump or cheating service; (c) attempt to access other users' data, probe, or disrupt the platform; (d) upload unlawful content or interfere with other learners. Violations may lead to suspension or deletion of your account.
4. Intellectual property
Practice content, branding, and software on AdvikPrep are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Certification names and trademarks (e.g. AWS, PMP) belong to their respective owners; our practice questions are original study aids and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body.
5. AI insights are study aids, not guarantees
Performance diagnostics are generated by third-party AI models based on your attempt data. They are study suggestions only: they do not predict real exam outcomes and should not be your sole preparation method. Always consult official study materials from the relevant certification body.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvikPrep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including exam failures, lost study time, or data loss, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for a free account, is zero.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time via help.examiq@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability limits) remain in effect after termination.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be noted by updating the date below. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
